Inspect Crew (IC) is the central area to manage user's profiles, records and qualifications.
Discretion Reports
When a duty record has failures in either it's associated rules or required qualifications - the FCM system will flag the problem and allow the duty owner to create a Discretion Report that may detail why the failure occurred.
